Severe Thunderstorm Warning in Effect Until 8 15 PM
The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for the Freeport area until 8:15 PM tonight.
The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for portions of Brazoria and Galveston Counties, including Freeport, until 8:15 PM on July 22, 2026.
Storms may produce wind gusts up to 60 mph. Residents should secure loose outdoor items, use caution while traveling, and move indoors if thunderstorms approach.
The City of Freeport is monitoring conditions and will share additional information as needed.
