Velasco Community House

Our Velasco Community House features a full kitchen and a playground located right next door, making it a perfect and budget-friendly option for small gatherings. This facility, located at 110 Skinner, can accommodate up to 100 people.

It is an ideal location for birthday parties, family gatherings, and other small events.

Monday–Thursday Rentals

• 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. — $100.00
• 5:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. — $125.00
• 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m. — $150.00

Friday, Saturday & Sunday Rentals

• 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m. — $250.00

Discount:
A $50 discount is available for Freeport residents with valid proof of residency (Water Bill or Voter Registration) and a valid photo ID or driver’s license. All documents must show the same address and the contract must be signed by the same individual.

Deposits:

• Reservation Deposit: $150.00
• Cleaning Deposit: $100.00

Any damages will be charged “dollar for dollar” for necessary repairs.
