RiverPlace Rental Information

Deposits:

• Deposit: $300.00
• Refundable Cleaning Deposit: $500.00

Deposits are due at the time of reservation and will be forfeited if the event is cancelled within 90 days of the scheduled date.

Rental Fees:

• Weekday (Monday–Thursday): 8:00 AM – 1:00 AM — $800
• Weekend (Friday–Sunday): 8:00 AM – 1:00 AM — $1,600

Total rental payment and damage deposit are due 30 days prior to the event.

Discount:
A $100.00 discount is available for Freeport residents with valid proof (Water Bill or Voter Registration) and a valid photo ID or driver’s license. All documents must show the same address, and the contract must be signed by the same individual.

Cancellation Policy:
If a customer cancels within 30 days of the event and the Recreation Center Department is unable to rebook the venue, the customer will forfeit 50% of the rental cost.

Additional Amenities Available for Rent:

• Stage: $25.00 per 4' x 8' section
