The Office of the City Secretary provides information to the public.  The position is appointed by City Manager.  You may contact the City Secretary Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm at City Hall located at 1201 North Ave. H

Information Requests can be made in writing to the City Secretary. 

The City Secretary keeps a copy of all agendas and minutes. You may request a copy from the City Secretary or view online.
