Arlan’s will no longer be accepting payments for the City of Freeport’s utility bill.  You can make your payment in person at City Hall Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and anytime by phone calling 866-265-6120, and online by going to the City’s website www.freeport.tx.us
